No. Supernova8 is 100% non-custodial. Your assets never leave your wallet. The smart contract only gains permission to transfer tokens when the inactivity period expires and a valid claim is made. You maintain full control at all times.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Supernova8 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Supernova8 is a non-custodial crypto inheritance protocol deployed on the Klever blockchain.

2. Service Description

Supernova8 provides a non-custodial digital inheritance protocol that allows users to configure automatic succession of cryptocurrency assets on the Klever blockchain. The Service includes vault creation, successor management, check-in mechanisms, and inheritance claim processing. Supernova8 never has custody or control over your digital assets.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys; (b) safeguarding your inheritance key and sharing it only with intended successors; (c) performing regular check-ins within the configured inactivity period; (d) ensuring successor wallet addresses are correct; (e) understanding that blockchain transactions are irreversible.

5. Fees and Payments

Creating a testament on the blockchain requires a one-time transaction fee (approximately $10 in KLV). The Pro plan ($5.99/month) is billed through Stripe. A service fee of 0.3% is charged only upon inheritance execution. Blockchain network fees (gas) are separate and determined by the Klever network.

6. Non-Custodial Nature

Supernova8 is a 100% non-custodial protocol. Your assets remain in your wallet at all times. The smart contract only executes transfers when the configured inactivity period expires and a valid claim is submitted with the correct inheritance key. Supernova8 has no ability to access, freeze, or transfer your assets outside of the smart contract's programmed logic.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Supernova8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Smart contract interactions are subject to blockchain network conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supernova8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. This includes losses due to smart contract bugs, blockchain network failures, or incorrect configuration by the user.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Supernova8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms. Existing smart contracts on the blockchain will continue to operate independently of any account termination.

10. Changes to Terms

Supernova8 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
